Storing Instructions ?
- Allow the homemade BBQ Sauce to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Homemade Roasted Red Pepper BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 Roasted Red peppers (Jarred )
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
- ¼ cup ketchup
- fresh parsley (a good handful)
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
