I’ve tested this sauce on chicken, ribs and we’ve also used it as burger relish and a dip, which was fabulous.

Storing Instructions ?
- Allow the homemade BBQ Sauce to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to a jar or bottle and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Let’s Make Homemade Roasted Red Pepper BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 Roasted Red peppers Jarred
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- ¼ cup ketchup
- fresh parsley a good handful
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
